Due to reports of positive sightings of the new crescent moon the first day of Shawwāl and Eīd al-Fitr 1442 will be Thursday, 13th of May 2021. We ask Allah Almighty to make it a Eid full of blessings and mercy, and to accept all of our fasting and prayers during the month of Ramadan.

The Jamaats will stand at 7.30am, 8.30am, 9.30am without delay.
It is advisable to arrive early to be sure that you do not miss the Jamaat.
Please keep the following rules in mind, when attending the Masjid:
-You must bring your own prayer mat.
-You must ensure you are wearing a face mask upon entry.
-You must have a bag for your shoes.
-You must perform ablution before coming to the Mosque (Wudu facilities will be closed).
-Please ensure you follow the social distancing rules inside and outside the Mosque.
Please arrive early by walking to the mosque, if this is not possible, please park responsibly.

Southampton City Council has waved parking restrictions on residents parking bays in zone 4 on 13/05/21, Eid Day. Please be aware that any parking or double parking on the pavement, yellow lines, zig-zags, disabled bays etc will be enforced as normal.
Please walk or car share where you can. Use paid parking where needed. There are two large car parks located within walking distance to mosques in Newtown and Nicholstown.

2. Trinity Road Car Park.
